Participate in capacity planning for the IT infrastructure for development and production requirements – managing the inventory of the IT infrastructure.

Implement access controls for all High Mark development systems, production infrastructure.

Design and implement the processes for proactive monitoring / administration of the infrastructure
|
Implement High Mark password policy across High Mark workstations
|
|
Responsible for the overall uptime of the development & production infrastructure – provide technical support on workstations, servers, storage & network issues.

Participate in IT infrastructure capacity planning
|
|
Responsible for overall health of IT infrastructure – servers, work-stations, networking devices, information security requirements.
|
Participate in definition and Implementation of procedures and work instructions of ISMS A.10 through A.13
|
|
Managing the vendor & partner relationships for all IT infrastructure requirements
|
|
|
Manage the communication and escalation with respect to any identified risk/issue in the IT infrastructure.

2. Job Title: Java Developer
Location – Pune

Experience – 5-6 Years
Compensation – Rs. 8,00,000/- to Rs. 10,00,000/- PA

Experience – 2-3 Years
Compensation – Rs. 4,00,000/- to Rs. 6,00,000/- PA
Skills Required –
· Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
· Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
· Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.)
· Experience in the Spring Framework.
· Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
· Experience with test-driven development.
· Knowledge of database (Oracle/SQL Server) with scripting (PL-SQL)
· Experience of working with Application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic, JBoss)
