The Board also constitutes of a set of highly regarded Industry personnel, as Independent Directors and Nominee Directors to maintain the highest level of integrity and Corporate Governance in the organization.

Mr. Steven Pinto – Chairman/ Independent Director is an accomplished banker and a corporate executive with an active career that has spanned over more than 44 years. He has recently retired as the Lead Director of the Chairman’s Supervisory Board from Emirates Investment Bank, UAE, prior to which he has been either the CEO or member of top management team of many well known institutions including Citibank India, Citibank Korea, Citibank Oman, Commercial Bank of Oman, Mashreq Bank Dubai, UAE, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (India), and Philips. He was also responsible for setting up a joint venture for GE Capital & Al Futtaim group in UAE.   His realms of expertise include Strategic Leadership, Corporate and Consumer Credit, Treasury and Retail Banking. He continues to be on the Board or Advisory Board of several corporations both international and domestic. He holds an Economics Honors (B.A) & a Masters in Management Studies (MMS) from Mumbai University.

Mrs. Kalpana Pandey – CEO/ Whole Time Director holds an M.Tech (Computer Science & Technology) & P. G. Diploma (Electronics &Communication) from IIT Roorkee. Her professional qualifications include TOGAF9, COBIT, CRISC, ITIL V3, CCNA & CNA . She has more than 22 years of experience in the banking and financial sector in various capacities. Prior to taking over this role, Kalpana was serving High Mark as Chief Technology Officer.

Before joining High Mark, she served HDFC Bank Limited as Senior Vice President and handled various responsibilities. She had started her career with State Bank of India and also worked with IDBI Principal Asset Mgmt Company as Head-Technology.

Prof. Anil Pandya – Founder Director is a Fellow of IIM- Ahmedabad and also holds a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University. He possesses more than 30 years of professional experience in Industry and Academia, both in India and USA. Dipankar Basu – Independent Director is a 1966 Gujarat cadre IAS officer. Dipankar served State and Central Governments for over 36 years (1966-2002) in varied capacities; finally retiring as the Secretary Coordination, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of India. Post retirement, Dipankar was a Member of the Appellate Authority for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (AAIFR) under the Ministry of Finance, in the rank of a High Court Judge for three years (Sept. 2004 – 2007).

Rajive Johri – Independent Director an alumnus of IIM-Kolkata and IIT-Delhi, possesses over 29 years of senior management experience in International Retail Banking and Credit Risk Management. Currently serving as President & Director, First National Bank of Omaha, Nebraska, USA, he has earlier served executive positions in J.P. Morgan Chase bank, Citi Bank and Thapar Group.

Shyam Sunder Suri – Independent Director an alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad, Mr. Suri possesses over 30 years of hands on experience in starting and running high tech marketing businesses in India. He is a founder Member of the Market Research Society of India & a Member of the NASSCOM panel on the ITES – BPO Industry. He presently is MD, Magus Customer Dialog, Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai and earlier was Founder Director, MBA Associates Pvt. Ltd., Now Gallup MBA India Pvt. Ltd.

Abha Pandya – Founder Director possesses 20 years of experience in not-for-profit policy formulating and advocacy, and social services delivery management experience.  She is the CEO of Asian Human Services, Chicago, a mid-size diversified social service agency, She holds degrees from Boston University and Delhi University.

Jayanta Kumar Sinha, Director, is a retired banker. He retired from services of State Bank of India as the Chief General Manager – Rural Business in August, 2012. He continues to represent State Bank of India on High Mark's Board. He has more than 3 decades of banking experience and has held important assignments in India and abroad of 17,000 Customer Service Points (CSPs) of the State Bank's Business Correspondents across the country, 14 Circles of the Bank and taking forward SBI's Financial Inclusion initiatives through  a technology-enabled channel portfolio serviced through a network of 8,900 rural and semi-urban branches  spread over.

Rakesh Kumar, Director, is the Field General Manager at Punjab National Bank and represents Punjab National Bank on High Mark Board.

Manish M. Kumar, Director; is the Managing Director, Country Risk Manager, India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka at Citibank N.A and he represents Citibank N.A on High Mark's Board.

Larry Howell, Director, is the Chairman of CRIF S.p.A International Advisory Board. He has over 40 years of experience working in the credit and financial services industry. He represents CRIF S.p.A on High Mark's Board.

Bruce Nixon, Director, is the President of Innovis and represents CBC companies on High Mark's Board.

Mani Krishna Iyer, Director, is the General Manager at SIDBI and represents SIDBI companies on High Mark's Board.
